Athletic Clearance Instructions
ALL ATHLETES must complete all Clearance Steps prior to participation in HBHS Athletics.
STEP 1
Athletic
Physical
Attend the Oiler Athletic Physical event or see any M.D. or D.O. for a physical. Physicals must be dated after June 1 to participate in Oiler Athletics.
Athletes are responsible for submitting their physical online (step 3). Physicals will be returned to athletes at the conclusion of the on-campus event. Physicals will not be collected by any HBHS staff or coaches.
STEP 2
ImPACT
Concussion Test
Athletes will need ~30 minutes, uninterrupted time on a computer with a keyboard and mouse to take the test.
HBHS Athletics Department receives results automatically, no print or email required at the conclusion of your test.

Home Campus
Athletic Clearance
Your parent/guardian will need to help you with this!
Login to your existing account & update for the new school year OR Register and make a new account. This is where you will upload your physical.
HBHS Athletics Department receives your clearance information automatically, no print or email required at the conclusion of your clearance.
STEP 4
ALL CLEAR
When the 3 steps above are completed in full, your job is done!
Please be patient as the final review and clearance is a manual process.
Please DO NOT inquire as to the status of your clearance, you will receive an ALL CLEAR email from Home Campus.
